Are Comodo certificates trusted by all browsers?
Yes. Comodo roots are included in all major browser and operating-system trust stores, so certificates are recognised on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and mobile devices without warnings.
How fast will my certificate be issued?
Domain-validated (DV) products typically issue within minutes of completing domain validation. Organization (OV) products typically take 1-3 business days and extended validation (EV) 3-5, because the Certificate Authority verifies your organisation.
Which CAA record do I need for Comodo?
CAA records are optional. If your domain (or a parent domain) publishes any, one must allow sectigo.com, or the Certificate Authority cannot issue. The DNS check on your certificate page flags a missing record before it blocks issuance.
Do I get a tax invoice?
Yes - every order comes with a proper, itemised tax invoice for your records.
Can I get a refund?
Eligible certificates carry a money-back window, and we refund the eligible amount - usually the full amount - via a credit note. See our refund policy for details and exclusions.
